eco:Drive is now even more eco: the new version for the Natural Power range is now on-line

The new version of eco:Drive is now available, completely free of charge and dedicated to vehicles running on Natural Power petrol-CNG dual fuel vehicles.
By analysing your driving style, the software also allows users of Fiat Natural Power vehicles equipped with Blue&Me^TM to improve their driving efficiency, reducing fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions, saving you money in the process.

The application will feature a section dedicated to analysing the travel details of journeys made when running on CNG which will be compared to those of an identical journey made running on petrol, to provide an objective and clear overview of the benefits afforded.

This new version of the eco:Drive software is available for all new Grande Punto, Punto EVO and Qubo Natural Power vehicles, but it can also be applied to vehicles produced prior to April 2010: in the case of the Grande Punto and Punto EVO Natural Power, you will need to upgrade the software controlling the engine control unit at any Fiat workshop, for example while the vehicle is in for servicing. It is a quick operation at a limited labour cost of less than 15 euros.

The eco:Drive system has been extremely successful: since it was launched, it has been downloaded over 100 thousand times, it is used every day by more than 35 thousand drivers and a good 7 million journeys have been recorded and analysed on the dedicated website to date.
